The Two of Pentacles is competent juggling: several commitments, all moving, none dropped yet. There is real skill in this and it is worth acknowledging — adaptability under load is not nothing. When it appears, you are handling it, and the handling is consuming more than you have noticed. What it costs is depth. Everything gets the minimum viable attention, nothing gets your best, and there is no slack at all for the unexpected, which means one flu or one crisis takes the whole system down. Juggling is a short-term technique that has a habit of becoming the arrangement. Ask what could be put down, or scheduled, so this stops depending on nothing going wrong.
